Red Ribbon Week

This past week we had Red Ribbon Week at Newman Elementary! Every day we dressed up to represent different ways we pledge to be drug free

Monday- "Put a cap on drugs"  
We wore our favorite hats/caps to show how proud we are to be drug free! 
 Tuesday- "Team up against drugs"
We wore our favorite team shirt/jersey to show we are drug free! 
 Wednesday- "National Red Day"
In honor of national red day we wore red to show we are drug free! 
 Thursday- "Race towards your future"
We wore our favorite running clothes to show we are drug free! 
 Friday- "Pink-out against drugs"
We wore pink to show how proud we are to be drug free!

Pumpkin Patch

Today was a beautiful day as Mrs. Hassell's class went on a field trip to the pumpkin patch! We loved being able to feed some animals, pick out our own pumpkin to take home, walk through a hay maze and ride on a hay ride!
